FEES AND INSURANCE
Know the path before you take it.
Payment should not be a surprise waiting at the end of care. We explain what we know, check what we can, and give you room to ask questions.
THE PAYMENT PICTURE
A clearer way to begin.
Here is the simple version. The details can change by plan, but you should always know which step you are in and what still needs an answer.
- 01
Insurance
Share your plan during the secure start process. The practice checks the exact plan and your eligibility before your first visit.
- 02
Private pay
If you are paying yourself, we will show the session rate before care begins so you can decide with the full picture.
- 03
Questions first
You can ask about cost, coverage, or a payment path before you share anything sensitive or commit to a visit.
INSURANCE AVAILABILITY
Your plan is personal.
A payer name by itself does not tell us whether your specific plan will work. We look at the plan, the current practice enrollment, and the visit details together.
What we confirm
- 01The exact plan or product
- 02Whether the practice is currently set up for it
- 03Whether the visit is covered by telehealth rules
- 04What you may owe after the benefits check
The public payer list will be published as each exact plan and billing path is confirmed.
THE VISITS
Care has a shape.
Focliva begins with individual therapy for adults 18 and older. Your first conversation is about fit, not performing the right version of yourself.
First visit
A longer conversation to understand what brings you here and what kind of support may fit.
Ongoing visits
Regular individual therapy visits shaped around your goals and the pace that feels workable.
Telehealth
Care takes place online. You must be physically located in Pennsylvania during your visit.
QUESTIONS ARE PART OF THE PROCESS
Nothing wrong with asking.
Will my plan cover care?
Coverage depends on the exact plan, your benefits, and the current network arrangement. A benefits check is helpful, but your plan makes the final decision.
What if I do not see my plan?
Contact the office before sending insurance details through ordinary email. We can tell you what the practice is currently set up to review.
Can I ask about cost before starting?
Yes. Cost questions are welcome. Ask before your first visit so the payment path is clear.
Let us make it clearer.
Start with what you know. We can help you figure out the next question.
