Dr. Folake O. Adeleke is the Founder and Clinical Director of Focliva Mental Health Services. She holds advanced degrees in counseling and psychology and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over two decades of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Her background includes extensive clinical supervision, leadership in behavioral health programs, and specialized training in trauma-informed care. Dr. Adeleke is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space where clients can explore their feelings and work toward healing.
